When emotions run wild, they wreak havoc on our mental and physical health. Stress can rob us of restful sleep, productivity, and the joy of living life to its fullest.

Personal Experience

First, let me share something that has truly transformed my mornings and inspired much of the message I’m sharing with you today.

Each day, I start with Brendon Burchard’s Daily Fire — a short, powerful audio that I receive through the GrowthDay app.
